Perfection is not necessary; there is no arriving, only going. There is no need to judge where you are in your journey. It is enough that you are traveling.

Hello all, so I didn´t have time this weekend to blog, forgive me. Friday was the start of las fiestas de la virgen de san lorenzo....pretty much 10 straight days of parties, bands, DJs, drinking in the streets, topless dancers everywhere..haha. Oh yes, the picture or me and kendra was on friday night. The local vinos are Tinto and Toro. Both are very good and anyone could buy bottles on the street for 8 euros and just walk around drinking.....good times

On Saturday we went to Salamanca which is about an hour away. The town is very old and has a working roman bridge and church which date back to the 12th century. Also Salamanca has the oldest university in Spain which was established around 1221 AD. Very cool. Coming up this week is much much homework and partying. I really haven´t been able to get over my cold due to always going out.....I should try to rest eh? Being that we have a four day weekend coming up a group of us are going to Barcelona....of course it will be good times. Spain is beginning to feel like home, but the spanish is coming slowly. I have to work 3 times as much as other due to being at a lower level. I´m coming to a point of ¿do I have fun first? or ¿Study first?....it is a hard choice

hey

I try to comment on all your blogs...even though I probably should just write you an email or something, but I just figure you wouldn't write me back anyway... :)
Barcelona will be a blast...I went there 4 times when I was there b/c it's like my favorite place in Spain. Plus, that's where you go to catch Ryan air to Paris and London...of which I highly suggest you do (so cheap!)

I just moved into my new apartment this weekend in st. Louis Park and my roommate and I bought a whole bunch of shit, so now I'm broke.

and...I have drama with the ex...haha..someone is feeling a little regretful that's for sure...I can tell you mas in an email if you'd like. Have fun Joe..but remember..you do want to come back knowing a little bit of Spanish right?
